How can I cancel my reservation?

Any cancellation must be made in writing.

Cancellations made 3 or more days before the date of check-in are free of charge.

In case of cancellation less than 3 days before the date of check-in or non-appearance of the clients from the reservation on the day of check-in, you owe a penalty of 100% of the value of the first night for each of the absent rooms from your reservation.
